Zoom Classes Request

You can now help me choose the topics for our Online classes! Submit your requests for topics and I will choose between 2-5 each week to use.  As life starts to get back to “normal”, I want to make sure that the online content is as valuable as possible to encourage you to add it to your training regimen.  Submit your class topic requests and I will be in touch when I plan to use it.  Online classes will only be available as a recording; requests can be made for live private training online classes.
