Waggin' Workout Program

Join Jessica Frattalone of Integrative Fitness and Sara Spevacek from Adventure is Barking for a Waggin’ Workout!  Class will take place rain, snow or shine at the Chanhassen Rec Center.  We will start each class with a short pack walk on the Chan trails then head indoors for a combined dog training/workout session!  What a great way to check two things off your schedule all within one fun, interactive hour!  Come and try out a class or purchase a package to get a discount per class;  We can’t wait to get started!
