Intro to Skijoring (Bring your own Skis/Previous XCountry Ski Experience Required)

Let’s take advantage of the miles of frozen lake space we have right now and get out to try out a new activity with your dog!  Skijoring is gaining in popularity as more and more people are looking for fun ways to exercise their dogs in the winter months! Contrary to popular belief, any size dog can skijor! We will stay on flat terrain for our class so any level can feel comfortable learning. The first class is designed for people with prior cross country ski experience and own their own skis. The second class does not require skis and will go over the land training for making turns, stopping on command, pulling forward. Join us for a fun morning!
