December Puppy 101 Mini Class

Adventure Is Barking™ is hosting Mini Classes! This 3 week series of classes will be limited to 3 participants for a more individualized class experience.  Avoid those big classes with 10-15 participants and accomplish as much as you would in a 6 week class but with a trainer that actually listens to your particular training goals vs just following a set curriculum!

Puppy 101/ AKC STAR Puppy is a 3 week class designed for dogs with no previous formal training. In addition to puppy basics like potty training and crate training, we will use primarily positive reinforcement training techniques to teach the dogs to sit, down, stay, come, leave it,  focus, settle, touch as well as how to walk nicely on leash (no pulling) and greet people and other dogs politely. We will also prepare for the AKC STAR Puppy Test! Puppies that take the class twice are eligible to test for the AKC star Puppy Test. 

This is a great training starting point for dogs’ ages 10 weeks-6 months.

Location: Westonka Animal Hospital

Meeting Time: 6:00PM - 7:00PM

December Dates: 12/7, 12/14, 12/21 (covering holiday manners)

Cost: $180

Prerequisite: Friendly dogs who have current vaccines appropriate for their age.
